Chef Giuseppe Presents First Piatti Supper Club

Piatti at Quarry hosted its first Supper Club with Chef Giuseppe Destefano last month, and everyone left full with smiles on their faces.

Chef Giuseppe is a third generation Italian chef who grew up in kitchens with handmade pasta and generational recipes. His talent has taken Piatti's already popular menu and elevated it with expertly sourced ingredients and timeless recipes. This supper club was his most recent opportunity to tap into his creative side and curate a 5-course meal inspired by Calabria, Italy where his family originated. Piatti in-house wine connoisseur prepared wine pairings with each course.
